Love stories that begin as friendships are our favorites. They hold within them a special quality of ease and comfort, something which cannot be brewed artificially, which we witnessed at Mamta and Shekhar’s Wedding.

The duo met each other during their college time and became really good friends. Cupid decided to intervene and struck the unwitting duo and they soon started dating.

When college ended, the prospect of going to different cities came to the forefront. But for these two, it worked wonders in terms of bringing them closer and things got official real quick. And here we are now, capturing them as they head towards their matrimonial bliss! Have a look!

Azra contacted us for her Bohri Wedding coverage, post her  Nikaah was done. A few meetings with Azra & Murtuza happened, and we were all set to shoot them

But, before heading to their wedding photo set & blog story, check out their beautiful couple shoot in Mumbai! We have also made a very heart-warming film for them, called the “Fairytale Love”. Watch it below!

The wedding festivities started with a beautiful haldi at Azra’s residential society’s open lawn. And what a yellow colour riot it was! The venue was decorated with pink and green drapes and looked dreamy in every way. The haldi was followed by Mehendi. The evening was sorted with a sangeet. Azra’s father poured his heart out for his darling daughter. The performances kept the audience enthralled for the entire evening. The final ceremony happened with a reception. The groom had a rocking entry to the venue, the bride entered in a palki, and it was a show with all fireworks & happiness. And then came the time for the Bidaai and it was an emotional roller coaster for the entire family. A daughter’s new journey leaving her old phase & set up with her dear family is indeed tough, and it was heart warming for us as well to shoot. The photographs will narrate Azra & Murtuza’s wedding journey hereafter!

We dont know about you, but we do believe in fairytales and cliches, that bring out the love story of the couple. Azra & Murtuza’s story, right from meeting each other for the first time to deciding they were made for each other and taking it to the holy vows, was indeed a “fairytale”

They wanted a dreamy location for their Pre-wedding shoot, without compromising the connection with the place where they first met! The City of dreams – Mumbai met the deal perfectly! Exploring the architectural beauty of Gateway of India, the sparkling ocean, the bobbing boats in the waters and the flying wonders made way for some stunning pictures! Its always been a pleasure shooting here in The Maximum City

Our second shoot of this wedding season was with Shreyas & Shruti, in Mangalore, Karnataka. We were already smitten by the pristine beaches, greenery, array of coconut trees, temples and churches that Mangalore had to offer. Thereafter, we got to know we were shooting the couple at their gorgeous farmhouse the next day post their wedding.

Shruti & Shreyas got married as per south-indian rituals at Shreyas’s hometown in Mangalore. The wedding blog is coming in the next installment. What we could not wait, but to share is their beautiful post-wedding shoot at Shreyas’s farmhouse near Mangalore. Shreyas & Shruti moved to their farmhouse just after their wedding. The same farmhouse which Shreyas is very proud of. They were really looking forward to a photoshoot there. When we reached there at 6 am, we were truly mesmerized by the greenery, various plantations and the setting of his idyllic farmhouse. In the pictures, you will see the beauty of the green banana leaves, the sun’s first rays falling on them, tall and narrow supari trees which also yield chemical for paints. Shruti got a first hand glimpse of the farmhouse, which she had heard so much from Shreyas, over the long course of their relationship. And just like us, she was so amazed. All these made for some stunning photographs.

This is something we had wanted to do since a long time! Thank you Shreyas & Shruti for trusting us and giving this beautiful treat with natural beauty!

Dating each other since a decade, knowing each other in and out, they still have those cute moments of immense love and intense playfulness. Re-creating some of their favorite memories and never shying away from trying new things, we had a ball in Lavasa, where we shot their pre-wedding. Exploring the coloured walls, strolling the streets in a cycle and lighting up their smiles in the night, each frame has a story from that crazy day. Ishita ensured our energy were restored from time to time with tea breaks and small stories.
